Talent Incubator Program
|

The Industrial Distribution Program launched the Talent Incubator Program in September 2010. The program is designed to provide industry access to top students experienced in supply chain and distribution related research. Companies sponsor projects which are usually six months long. Topics of research range from and are not limited to business expansion analysis, market analysis, sales and marketing assesments, and technology and operational efficiency improvements. Since its launch, the Talent Incubator has conducted six projects, has graduated four students, and currently employs six students. The program will be expanded to more than ten students in Fall 2011.
